Server change from snappy 4000 to 8000 due to instability of 4000. Thereafter, apparently because name servers were not pointing at 8000, 4000 continued to be used and instability led to failure of websites...Eventually nameservers aligned to 8000 (except for one/pending)...no backup since 11/2022 from 4000. Not advised that Hostgator.com no longer backsup servers (need codeguard.com) so no backup on 8000 (deleted after 1 month)....so websites are up but UNABLE TO REGISTER AND PROCESS CLIENTS IN THE TWO WEBSITES AND CURRENT WEBMASTER (Satish) says without backup too complicated to fix.
