Remove virus from website

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to remove malware from my website, and then update the website to Joomla 4 (from 3). The website is currently still accessible, but it opens a spam site when you click on the menu in mobile. The ideal candidate for this job should have experience in website security and be familiar with removing Joomla malware.
