RESTORE JOOMLA SITE FROM BACKUP

As the name says, I need to restore a joomla site from backup.
Site got ruined after updating from joomla 3.10 to joomla 4.0. Rollback didnt work and web hosting could not do full cpanel restore for some reason.
So... Now I need to reinstall full joomla 3.10 and mount the whole site again.
