Overloading server / slow MySQL queries joomla databases

Hi guys we need an expert on Joomla and databases
our server is getting overloaded with slow queries that are overloading the server..
We notest that some databases are still spawning lots of slow MySQL queries some of which are taking more than 250 and even 300 seconds to be completed.
we need to check why this issue is happening and have to be fixed.
