1) a new template but unzipping does not work. Maybe you unzip and upload with FTP
2) Correct some bugs, like the seach engine does not work. There is an error in admin panel
3) Do everything in 3 days MAXIMUM 2 days better.
4) I am busy and can't talk often. You make it look nice. Worse, let's say the template is impossible (which I do not believe) then use the old one and make it better.
