Need an expert in Joomla4 to covert a Yii2 site to Joomla $

Hi IT may be better if I just describe the services and the Joomla Programmer cna see what I want to do.
Or they cna have CPanel access to all the pages on the esisting web sites and receate the process written in Yii2 to Joomla 4.
