Modify SP Page Builder for Custom Header

Looking for someone with extensive knowledge of SP Page Builder. The predefined headers that are supplied in SP Page Builder are very limiting. I would like to have custom headers that are more than 1 row with a column for logo, navigation, button and on the next row a column for social icons and phone number.
The header also needs to be visible (sticky) even when the page scrolls down.
Attached is an example of the look I'm trying to obtain.
