Modify a Joomla extension so it works with EasySocial 4

I have a Joomla website that uses EasySocial 4. I have a need to export my user information by EasySocial profile type as a CSV file.
There was a commercial Joomla extension (https://extensions.joomla.org/extension/export-users-from-easysocial-to-excel-or-csv-file) available that did this -- however it only works with EasySocial 2 and earlier versions.
I have purchased the extension and have it installed on my site. Its code needs to be modified/fixed so that it can read in EasySocial 4 profile fields.
Please see the attached screen shots: when I select Joomla user groups to export, the extension shows the information correctly. When I select EasySocial profile types to export, the extension does not read in the information.
