Modification of a Joomla Component

We are using OSCampus Pro for our e-Learning system.
Out of the box the multiple choice questions only allow for text, we would like to also be able to add an image to the question which would have the standard joomla features of upload/choose or delete image and that image to be displayed on the question when the student opens it
