Mail Sending / DKIM / DMARC Assistance

We are looking for assistance in fixing the Mail sending issue that we are experiencing particularly on DKIM/DMARC concern. We are using a 3rd-party mail sender to be able to send bulk emails. We can send properly but the emails are ending up in Spam. We are using Joomla / Acymailing SMTP / MailerSend.
