Looking for Someone to Make Some Changes to a Page in Joomla

I have a page in Joomla that User Submit data, The page uses google search to auto-fill some fields, it needs to auto-fill the company name & phone number, some of the fields must be made mandatory & order of fields etc... also has some changes, plus add a new category in back-end to populate a dropbox field on that submit page
