Joomla with T4 template modification & editing

I am looking for someone experienced with Joomla and T4 template editing and modification. I have a list of changes that need to be made and have provided the template and necessary assets for the project. The most important aspects of the project are to update template edits. This will require someone with a deep knowledge of how Joomla operates and experience using the T4 template and the Kunena Forum php software.
