Joomla website restore. Error: Failed to start application
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
1 of the plug-ins was not working, so I hired someone to restore the plugin. He crashed the whole site- did not provide any information why or how the site stopped. We did have a backup of c panel on the server which my hosting company is not able to restore. Needs someone who can resolve the issue.
