Joomla website redo or upgrade

Looking to hire a qualified guru to redo exact website but on a new Joomla platform that is latest edition. https://www.superiordogtraining.com is the site for my ranking of dog training Atlanta Ga. to move up back to 1st page. php version is no longer supported and website is not up to date. Do not ask for world press version please. Thank you I have a new version done by another company but I don't think they did a good job or fix and upgrade the newer Joomla version.
