Joomla website homepage responsive slider

I have the Joomla 4 template with side menu. And I need to add slider for images on homepage with exactly the same behaviour like this: https://www.denooyer.nl/. Responsivity same as on example. If you check class="al-featured" it has height: calc(100vh - 8.75rem). So the slider is always visible on whole screen despite the text is bellow the slider on the homepage. As well I need to have control what is visible on different resolution - let say there is whole horizontal photo visible on desktop but only part of it will be visible on vertical display on mobile and tablet. It would be great to have a control what section is visible on those vertical resolutions. As random cut of image can be bad.
