Joomla/virtuemart website diagnosis and solve problmes to rise the convertion rate.

We ve a website, called calzalindo.com.ar, we sell shoes but we re having some problems in certain issues that don ´t let us sell all we could. So i need a diagnosis and the solution for the problem.
and i need to add a filter to get a better navegability.
