Joomla site with blog/podcast and newsletter

I have an existing joomla site installed with Easy Blog and Acymailing,
• Create a template (from scratch) as per the layout specified.
• Setup the following pages (note - you are not expected to create the blog/podcast/video content):
○ Home page - Homepage should include the following:
§ Menu with drop down submenu
§ Top announcement
§ Scrolling banner
§ Featured blog/podcast/video
§ Latest blog/podcast/video module
○ Blog - Landing page should have the list of blogs (image on the left with short description of each) with the feature to filter them by categories, subcategories
○ Podcast -Landing page should have the list of podcasts with the feature to filter them by categories, subcategories
§ Module of most popular and most recent podcasts on the right or bottom
§ Menu will have the following sub-menus
□ Interviews
® Career changers
® Hiring managers
□ How to
® Resume
® Interview
® Job Search
○ Videos - Landing page should have the list of videos with the feature to filter them by categories, subcategories
§ Module of most popular and most recent videos on the right or bottom
§ Menu will have the following sub-menus
□ Interviews
® Career changers
® Hiring managers
□ How to
® Resume
® Interview
® Job Search
• Modules:
○ Each page - blog, podcast, and video should have a subscribe module. Welcome suggestions on where to place this
○ Each blog/podcast/video should have a place to rate and review
○ Each blog/podcast/video should have "related posts module" with max of 3 posts at the bottom, (before rate and review module)
○ Each blog/podcast/video should have module of most popular and most recent blogs (on the side?)
