Joomla 4 site to new Joomla 5 redesign

In search of an experienced Joomla guru that has many years of designing, coding and development experience. I have a 4.47 version of Joomla for my dog training Atlanta ga. metro area website. It is www.superiordogtraining.com I would like a new design using some of the pictures from current website and the written content as well on the New template that I have purchased already. The new content should be newly written as I don't want to bring over old code to new site. I have bought a template from enviro that I want to uses and I have the creditatals to log in and download zip to create in Html and move to Joomla 5 c m s. No Wordpress so don't ask. No drag and drop from current site and must create on your server, not mine. If you do not have experience with joomla please don't bid on current job as I already hired and paid 4 companies to do the work. I will post link below and some mock ups done on figma already. I also need cities pages for the cities in and around the Atlanta ga. metro area and like a media and social page as well please. Also need the testimonials page to rotate after each home click on home page. I would like a drop down top menu or side menus as on my other site www.doggbossgear.com. in I wish I could sell my leashes on www.superiordogtraining.com as well.
