Joomla 4 | page no longer loads

I have a page on a Joomla 4 website which no longer loads, instead I see the following. I need someone to find out what the issue is and how to fix it.
Failed opening required '' (include_path='.;C:\php\pear')
PHP has not changed so its not a PHP issue as PHP has not been updated.
Therefore it must be something which has been updated in Joomla or template which is causing this issue.
