Joomla 4 modul change

I use the DJ Classifieds component and would like to change the search module. It is now the case that you can fill out 2 fields, but this is not mandatory. I would like the module to be changed accordingly, so that it is mandatory to fill out these two fields. If not, a popup will appear stating that all fields must be filled out. On the other hand, it should only display a search result if the correct data has been entered in both fields. At the moment you just have to click on search and all entries will automatically be displayed.
