Joomla developer to create aodule

I need for my joomla website with 2 parts adminand clients. On clients need 2 boxes to put postcode start and postcode arrive to calculate distance and show a price and couple of option on total price. On admin side need put tyle vehicle, driver and driver mate 1,2,3 to edit prices , all this need have a button like calculate show a rice that one is send to website and client
