Joomla add second language setup to back end

I have created a joomla website in English. I need to be able to add a second language to the website (I will add the content myself) I just need the back end to be setup to be able to add the various text to the pages, in the second language, I need someone to install the plugin or adjust the settings. Simple. I do not have time to do it myself. Thanks
