Joomla 3 to 4 Upgrade Assistance

I need help upgrading my Joomla CMS from version 3 to version 4. I want to do this directly on the live site.
Scope of work:
- Evaluate my current Joomla CMS to prepare for the upgrade.
- Oversee the actual upgrade to version 4.
- Conduct all necessary compatibility checks and troubleshoot any issues that come up during the process.
