Joomla 3 Update to Joomla 4 and adjust 1 Component

I need someone to update my current Joomla 3 site to Joomla 4. It is important to understand that 1 component is not compatible with Joomla 4 and this component needs to be adjusted. THAT'S YOUR JOB. It's DJ Classifieds. Furthermore, 2 other components cannot be uninstalled. One is membership, which is compatible with Joomla 4, and another that was programmed for me and is linked to OS membership.
