Joomla 3.10 to 4 Update

I need an experienced Joomla developer to update our website from 3.10 to 4 and PHP from 7.4 to 8.x.
The key requirements for this project are:
- Updating the Joomla website's core functionality from 3.10 to 4
- Ensuring all third-party extensions are compatible with Joomla 4 and PHP 8.x
- Ensuring that our custom-developed components and modules are fully functional after the update
