K2 Joomla / Php exprt (Joomla K2 modification)

We need a K2 / Joomla / PHP expert.
We have the Joomla K2 component and what should be resolved on this project is next:
1. K2 - on the category page the intro image should be visible from the text not from the tab intro image. If the image is uploaded to the intro image tab then this is the main image but if there is no intro image in the tab intro image in this case the first image from the text is the intro image on the category page
2. K2 category page - Now we have pagination but for this project, we need a Load more button. We have a plugin for it SJ but for some reason is not working (possible JS conflict). This should be resolved so that on all K2 categories we can activate this plugin.
