Joomla 5 Paypal Plugin development

I am looking for a freelancer to develop a Joomla 5 PayPal PLUGIN for payment.
Skills and experience:
- Strong experience in Joomla development and creating custom component modules.
- Proficiency in payment gateway integration and customization.
- Ability to work with specific design requirements and provide a visually appealing module.

In my website I’m using the Joomla component OS SERVICE BOOKING https://joomdonation.com/joomla-extensions/joomla-services-appointment-booking.html with witch there are three type of account:
- admin
- employees
- customers
I need a PAYPAL plug-in to be installed into the component to allow/send:
- the total payment (FEES+SALARY) from the customers to the website (admin email)
- automatically and in the same time, when received this payment, to pay the SALARY to the employee used for the service
