Joomla and PHP update, pixel perfect, cookie removal, small fixes

We are looking for a Joomla and PHP expert to update and fix our website. The project requires pixel-perfect work and attention to detail.

Things to do:
- Create a backup
Small fixes:
indexinvestor.ch - Home:
- Update Twitter symbol with —> "X" symbol, remove google+ symbol
- Geotrust seal: This should be clickable but is not. Replace with right one that is clickable to verify
Cookies
- There is one cookie on the website. We do not want cookies. Remove it if possible in a way that the website continues working on desktop and mobile
indexinvestor.ch - Services:
- Replace Credit Suisse logo with Julius Bär Logo (google the logo)
- Replace Liberty Logo with PensExpert logo (google the logo)
Migrate
- Migrate from Joomla 3.8 to 4.2 stable
- Migrate from PHP 7.4.33 to PHP 8.2

The website needs to be online all the time

Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Joomla 3.8-4.2
- Strong knowledge of PHP
- Experience in updating and fixing Joomla websites
- Ability to implement functional updates, design updates, and security updates
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure pixel-perfect work
