Joomla Motor website needs some customisations

My motor website uses the extension "EXP Autos Pro"

Below are my requirements

Fields in "Ad Manager":
- change 'zip code' to 'post code'
- remove longitude and latitude
- rename 'state' to 'county'
- remove 'extra fields 1/2/3'
- remove 'stock number'
- remove 'unladen weight' and 'gross weight'
- remove 'export price'
- remove 'bargain price'
- remove 'price for time'
- remove 'include vat text'
- change 'fuel consumption on freeway' to 'fuel consumption on motorway'
- change units of fuel consumption from '(l/100km)' to '(mpg)'
- change 'complectation' to 'features'
- change 'peculiarities' to 'extras'
- Radio buttons for "Service History" Fields are out of line which needs fixing.
- change 'town' to 'cities'
- make map show the city, not long and lat

Import cities from csv file (I have the file and there is already an import csv functionality in the component)

Search Module:
Add a field to the search module for location, where the user enters a city to search in, and the radius from the city.

Add a field to the search module for location, where the user enters a city to search in, and the radius from the city. This will pull ads by entered city and use coordinates (lat/lng) of the city entered to calculate distance and filter records by radius

The csv file I have contains each city's coordinates.
