Joomla 4 | Form Builder | Component | Github

Hi, would like the following github form builder turned into a Joomla 4 component. The component should have all the elements, visually look the same as the form builder / wizard and function the same

1. build forms in back end of joomla
2. assign forms to menus / modules / articles in joomla backend
4. users see forms on frontend by clicking menu link / module / article
3. When forms are submitted they save in MySql database as JSON
4. Final component to be supplied as zip so I can install via Joomla Component installer
