Joomla 4 | Form Builder

Hi I would like to know if someone can port the following GitHub form builder into Joomla 4

https://formio.github.io/formio.js

1) Build forms in Joomla backend
2) Assign forms to menu links
3) Assign forms submissions to frontend menu links (user clicks menu link to view all submissions they have submitted for that form)
4) View submissions on Joomla backend

I'm open to other form builders or if you wish to build your own we can discuss.
