Joomla 5.1 Chat Room Component

I'm looking for a custom component for a Joomla 5.1 chat room, a simple component where user can register and left their invitation quote for other to start a communication, no need for file sharing feature, just an image and video preview in the chat window only.
I already have the front end properly coded with Bootstrap 5 as UI/UX and just need you to develop the back end of the component.
I'm hoping for reasonable price because I've done the UI for you and perhaps you can use any MVC scaffolding generator for starter, instantly cleaner code deployment. Use AI to generate faster code
