Increase Google Core Web Vitals - Page indexing - Jomla 4 - Virtuemart 4

I have an eshop in Jomla 4 and Virtuemart 4

I am looking for a specialist in ( Jomla - Virtuemart - And - Google Core Web Vitals ) who knows very well php and javascript.

I want to increase the speed on Google Core Web Vitals of my eshop but I don't want to use compress extencions like JHC etc.

I DONT WANT EXTENSIONS

I want to work on the temlate that running.

Also i want to increase on ( search.google ) Page indexing on google

In regards to the photos about the .webp images we'll talk about it.

I especially want to take over and reduce

• JavaScript part to minimu at least. Of course in google greens
• CSS part to minimu at least. Of course in google greens
• Larger design element with content ... ect. Anything he can do on his part. Some things I know are from servrer.

All work must be done in subdomain so that we can check any errors from the CSS or Java.
