Identify security issues on Joomla site.

"Google has detected harmful content on some of my site’s pages. They recommend that I remove it as soon as possible. Until then, browsers such as Google Chrome will display a warning when users visit or download certain files from my site." - per Google. This is for a small site for a business I manage. It is a Joomla website.
