GA4 and Google ads on joomla and virtuemart site

I need GA4 and Google ads to be setup to track properly in tag manager.
I have already tried myself, but I cannot get it to fire.
I have one joomla page where I need a tracking for all pages and for signups and one virtuemart page where I need purchase tracking and ad to cart tracking for google ads.
Then I need proper tracking in GA4 for merchant.
I would need someone to be able to do this right now.
