Front-end fields not displaying correctly on Joomla website using RSEvents

We have a Joomla website that uses RSEvents. The front-end fields that are displayed when the user tries to register for a paid event are not displaying correctly. We believe it is a conflict between Bootstrap (which RSEvent uses) and our site's template (which uses UIKit).
