Flickr - Joomla J3 & J4

Need a Joomla plugin that is able to embed flickr album into Joomla article.
It should be able to display as a gallery (slideshow) on a mouse click.
It should display an ad along side the photo in slideshow [Sample attached]
Must work this way: [flickr] ALBUMID [/flickr]
I will provide, a working plugin for joomla 3.x - without the ad requested above.
I will provide joomla 3.x and 4.x access, and plugin source.
So:
For 3.x joomla: I need you to implement the ad alongside the photo
For 4.x joomla: I need you to adapt the 3.x plugin above
