Fix some details in the configuration of a Joomdonation Joomla EShop store

We need to do some configuration settings in a Joomla EShop Joomdonation store, we need to configure the texts of the emails in the confirmations (Customer and Administrator), we do NOT require a payment address, only a shipping address and we want the customer to be able to see their orders in a nice final report and set up a discount coupon if they buy several specific products
