Fix problems/incompatibilities on a Joomla webseite with mootools

Looking for someone to fix problems with javascript/mootools on a joomla website.
Main problems are with mootools , when active then the google translate module does not work. If deactivated google translate works but ajax mutliple image upload and a front page image show does not work.
