Fix Joomla! and Virtuemart template and GDPR requirements

I need a PHP coder and designer who knows virtuemart in order to complete and fix an e-commerce website template based on helix ultimate free version + sp pagebuilder free version taking care to fix details to render it fully GDPR compliant, have a newsletter popup with GDPR privacy check, implement an antispam security check that does not involve third parties, use nice fonts without using google fonts or other thirds parties and in general remove all third parties and bottlenecks. At the moment being I still prefer to have it on Joomla! 3 and virtuemart for Joomla 3, that means that will be on PHP7 latest version possible. In a future I will ask to migrate it to Joomla! 4 on PHP8, thus for what concerning GDPR I already have an extension which allows to integrate its functions into any other extension for joomla, I will provide the manual for this addon. In particular you will need to fix to be nice looking, easy to use and check for perfect functionality the following areas: registration page, user profile page, categories pages, categories lists, product list pages, product description pages with tabs, comparison filters, search function, search filters and results page, cart page, checkout process, accessories and cross selling products, variants and options for products and all what is needed to have a perfectly functional e-commerce with the most commons useful features and all GDPR rules respected. The website is already installed and functional, but lacking of good design in the ecommerce section and needing several fixes. You will have access to a copy of the website and FTP, all your work will be monitored and compared to previous code, your work should integrate well in the existing template and be easy to be adapted for what is concerning colours and graphical details to eventual new styles that might be used on the main helix ultimate theme in order to be used for new websites selling different product kinds.
