Fix a Joomla 4 +Virtuemart 4 + Helix Ultimate 2 website
Budget: $4 – $10 USD
I need a PHP coder and web designer in order to complete and fix an e-commerce website based on Joomla! 4 + Virtuemart 4 using helix ultimate 2 free version + sp pagebuilder 3.8 free version on PHP 8.1.
The website will have to be fully GDPR compliant, have a newsletter popup with GDPR privacy check, implement an antispam security check that does not involve third parties, use nice public domain fonts without getting it from google or other thirds parties and in general remove all third parties dependencies and bottlenecks.
I do have an extension to manage the GDPR requirements, can be integrated with other components, will have to be settled to require the user consent for virtuemart accounts, newsletter, contact forms, orders, and every other function that requires the user to provide personal data.
To allow proper pricing to privates and business a couple of extensions are used in order to check the VAT ID validity if a client is a business company and assign the account to a group that do pay VAT or not pay VAT depending on the country in which is receiving the goods, these must be fixed to cover all cases and apply the proper price according to the case, I will provide exact rules to be be respected.
In conjunction with the pricing and VAT also the registration form has to be properly adjusted and styled in order to have private clients to provide a certain set of data, the business clients to provide different sets of data depending on the location in which are based, I will provide exact rules to be respected.
The website template in general needs to be fixed in order to be nice looking, easy to use and checked to offer perfect functionality in the following areas: registration page, user profile page, categories pages, categories lists, product list pages, product description pages with tabs, comparison filters, search function, search filters and results page, cart page, checkout process, accessories and cross selling products, variants and options for products and all what is needed to have a perfectly functional e-commerce with the most commons useful features and all GDPR rules respected.
The general styling I would like to get is the one seen in a typical prestashop's Panda or transformer theme.
All the core codes, Joomla, Virtuemart and the extensions must be kept integer so that can be updated without problems each time that is needed.
The website is already installed and functional, but lacking of good design in the ecommerce section and needing several fixes. You will have access to a copy of the website and FTP, all your work will be monitored and compared to previous code, your work should integrate well in the existing template and be easy to be adapted for what is concerning colours and graphical details to eventual new styles that might be used on the main helix ultimate theme in order to be used for new websites selling different product kinds.
