Customize a Input Data Page for Me inside a Joomla Component

Customize a Input Data Page, I have already created the fields using the systems Custom Fields Manager but would like the design of the page changed. One of the main things about the custom page input fields is that we need to use google address search to auto-complete some fields (street, state, country, etc.....) that google search field will need to be done from scratch, the system does have place to store 1 x y co-ordinates but we will also need to create another as we will need to gps co-ordinates locations, after that, we can still do 2 other steps to fix 2 other pages (mainly just to display better / the way we want it to show)
