Customization of RSForm Joomla component

There is a booking form with several time slots. I need to check if there are already bookings in the database for this date/time slot. If there are any, it should add the number of the people who have already booked and compare with a max number. Finally, if there are less bookings than the max, it could show available the time slot with the label "only x people can book for this time slot".
