Creating an Outlook Integrator for a Joomla Service Booking Component

I am looking for a freelancer who can create an Outlook Integrator for my existing Joomla Service Booking Component. The project needs to be completed within 1-3 months.
Specific features required for the Outlook Integrator include:

In other words:
For the Joomla component "OS-ServiceBooking" I am looking for a programmer who can program a 2-way integrator for the Outlook calendar. There is already an interface to Outlook in the core component, but unfortunately it is not bidirectional. There is also already an integrator for the Google calendar. Since this works bidirectionally, you can learn a lot from there and may only have to apply it to the MS Outlook calendar API.
The core of the task is to ensure that booking appointments that are created in Outlook are also blocked in the booking component and that appointments that are booked via the booking component are entered in the Outlook calendar.
There is no tight deadline for the task. It is important to have reliable, solid programming in accordance with Joomla standards.
