Create website structure on Joomla

I need a freelancer to prepare a joomla website structure with a Purity III template (https://purity-iii.demo.joomlart.com/index.php/layout/new-layouts/corporate). The pages structure based on the menu should be prepared and the multilingual functionality should be enabled. No content is needed, as will be added by myself. I need an archive, which I can then upload on my joomla and update.
