Create new Joomla website based on old version

I am looking for a Joomla expert to create a new website based on an old version of Joomla (Joomla 3.x). I want to transfer all the existing content to the new site.
Additionally, I would like to add new functionalities to the website along with 3 unique landing pages for 3 of our top products. Experience of SEO with Google / Bing is also essential as the website and pages must be optimised as our current website ranks on first page of Google for certain products.
