Copy a website from Joomla to Wordpress to be similar look and feel with same content.

I am looking for someone who will be able to convert - or rather copy - a website that is currently using Joomla to use Wordpress.
A suitable and responsive template should be selected from themeforest which I will purchase and supply.
The Joomla needs to be copied over and incorporated in the new Wordpress site. Mostly - unless it is out of date - and I will help eliminate and simplify this for you.
I will supply the web host and login details for the duration of the project.
The site is for a not-for-profit group and is not deemed highly sensitive and does not need any SEO or aside-from-basic security. Just sufficient to screen out basic attacks using plugins such as All-in-one.
