Copy Content from wordpress sites to joomla

We have few sites that needs to be copied over to joomla. The project is for

1) Copy text/images/links from wordpress pages/posts to joomla
2) Create menu structure and add the links as per old site
3) Copy meta tags
4) Document everything in word specially names/URLs of all plugins

This project is for two websites to begin with, and then will give you more if happy with the result.

Wordpress admin and new site joomla admin details will be provided.
