Configure "HikaShop Fedex shipping" plugin to be displayed only for a subcategory of products at checkout

1. First the shipping plugin needs to be configured,
2. then Hikashop needs to be set so this shipping method is only shown for a selected number of products.
This is important because the shipping price for those products needs to be automatically calculated at checkout.
