Complete Re-Build of Joomla / VirtueMart site
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
Hi, We currently run a website - www.fire-bricks.com - this runs an older version of Joomla and Virtumart which needs to be upgraded. We are looking for someone who can :-
PLEASE LOOK / TEST THE WEBSITE BEFORE YOU BID TO ENSURE YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU NEED TO DO.
1. Keep the same functionality as existing site but on a system that we can keep up to date ourselves without having to use coding etc.
2. The existing site has a shipping system which recogises the post code and charges postage according to this.
3. It doesn't have to be Joomla / Virtumart, but something easy maintainable is fine.
4. We will keep all the same pages and content on the new site, but we would like the design itself refreshed.
5. You must setup everything as it is now, so payments will be Paypal etc.
6. CRITICAL : If you look at the existing site now, you will see the site has a calculator where you can input dimensions and then it works out a price for the bricks when you press calculate. You then add to cart.
7. The option for shaped bricks now, must have the ability to have both a % increase on the normal price and a £ increase (as well as a minimum increase). For example if a normal brick is £5.42, for a shaped brick we may say 20% extra, but a minimum of £5.50 extra.
7. Customer should not need to register to place and order.
8. WE MUST BE ABLE TO ALTER THE SHIPPING COST, POST CODES AND ALSO THE FORMULA USED TO CALCULATE THE PRODUCT COST EASILY WITHOUT ANY CODING. THAT WAY IF WE HAVE A PRICE INCREASE IN THE FUTURE, WE CAN CHANGE IT EASILY.
